| UK Customers - Delivery Methods: | |
We currently offer three delivery methods to customers within the UK (Mainland), all orders placed by 1.00PM will be shipped the same day using the delivery method specified during the checkout. Any order which totals £150.00 (inc. VAT) or more will qualify for free delivery, this is calculated automatically.
We reserve the right to use an alternative delivery method on certain occasions, this will only occur in rare situations such as when one method of delivery does not deliver to a certain area, we will always use the quickest and most efficient delivery method on these occasions.
Further details of the available delivery options are as follows:
Next Day Delivery:
The Next Day delivery service is a next working day service (orders placed by 1.00PM are shipped the same day, orders after 1.00PM will be shipped the following working day). This service has a fixed price of £5.90 (inc. VAT), regardless of the total weight of the order. A signature will be required upon delivery, if you are not available to sign for the delivery a card will be left informing you how to arrange collection or re-delivery. This is our preffered method of delivery and is ideal for urgent, large or bulky orders, it also offers the benefits of a next working day service.
Please Note, the next day delivery service is provided by a third party company, whilst the vast majority of orders do arrive next day there may be circumstances where this is not possible.
Royal Mail Special Delivery:
Special Delivery is the fastest delivery option available to UK addresses, it offers guaranteed delivery the next day before 12.00 midday (orders placed by 1.00PM are shipped the same day, orders after 1.00PM will be shipped the following working day). A signature will be required upon delivery, if you are not available to sign for the delivery a card will be left informing you how to arrange collection or re-delivery. This delivery method is ideal for urgent orders or when a guaranteed delivery time is important.
Pricing for this delivery method is based on the weight of the product/s ordered, a delivery cost quotation is available on both this information page and also from the Shopping Cart page, this will be most accuracte if you are signed in to a customer profile
Standard First Class Delivery:
This is our most 'basic' delivery service, the timescale of this method is generally 1-3 days (please note however than there is no guaranteed timescale, in the rare situation of an item going missing in the post we cannot take any action until at least 15 days have passed). This delivery option is the most economic, but is not a guaranteed timescale service and in rare cases delivery can take in excess of 4 or 5 working days.

Please note this delivery method is not trackable.

We ship internationally, a delivery cost price will be available during the checkout. Shipping to international destinations will be made using the most appropriate method, generally using Royal Mail's priority 'Air Sure' or 'International Signed For' services.
